  • 1/8 c rice vinegar
  • Suggested Toppings:
  • Shredded carrot
  • 3-4 cup cooked brown or white rice
  • 1 cup enoki mushrooms
  • 1/8 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • Sliced cucumber tossed in 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • Kimchi
  • Sesame seeds
  • Scallions to garnish
