- Orange chicken sauce:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons white vinegar
- Garlic/Pepper Mix:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- red pepper
- 1 tablespoons rice wine
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoons sesame oil
- Cornstarch Mix:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- little water
- stir until smooth
- Ginger Dressing:
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1-2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1/4 cup Ginger Root
- A dash of peanut oil
