- 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream
- 1 whole vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temp and cut into pieces
