
Cheesy Fusilli
Ingredients (15)
- 1 pound fusilli pasta
- 1 10 ounce bag of frozen spinach
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese (or more!)
- 4 ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 Cups whole milk (you could use skim or whatever if that's all you have)
- 1/2 Teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1/4 Cup bread crumbs (I used Panko, but use your fave)
- Parmesan cheese, a good dusting on top before baking
- Salt and Pepper
