• 1 Cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 Tablespoon sugar
• 1 Teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla)
• 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• Butter or oil for cooking
• 8 thick slices of bread
• Whipped Cream:
• 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 Cup mascarpone (or ricotta I guess)
• 1 Tablespoon honey
