- 1/2 Cup yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 Cups assorted frozen fruit (we usually use a mix of mangos, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
- 1/2 Cup tofu (silken works best, but anything will work)
- 1/4 Cup milled flax seed
