- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1 Cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 Cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (remember to use vegetarian Worcestershire sauce if you want this to be *truly vegetarian)
- 2 Teaspoons whole cumin seeds, toasted lightly or 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper
