  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheese.  I like Pepper Jack
  • 6 strips thick bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Optional herbs: Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, etc.
