- 10 ounces low moisture mozzarella cheese, grated
- 10 brussel sprouts, sliced thinly
- 8 ounces bacon, crispy
- 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Cornmeal, for peel
- Homemade Pizza Sauce (adapted from American Pie):
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 Cup water
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 Teaspoons dried basil
- 1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes (opt.)
- Salt and pepper
- Homemade Napoletana Dough (Again from American Pie):
- 5 Cups (22.5 ounces) bread flour
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon instant yeast
- 2 Cups (scant) cool water
