- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic

- Pork Filling:
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1/2 white onion,diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped

- 6-8 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
- Gravy:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Drippings from sausage filling
