- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon fresh sage, diced, plus whole sage leaves as garnish
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil for cooking
- White wine sauce:
- 2/3 Cup white wine
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- Spaghetti for serving
