- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves , minced

- For the Blender Hollandaise Sauce:
- 8 tablespoons butter , 1 stick
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
