- 2 (3 pound) boxes of Kosher salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/4 fennel bulb, sliced thin (use the rest for a salad)
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1/2 orange, sliced thin (use the rest for a salad plus maybe one full orange)
- A few sprigs of thyme
- A handful of parsley
- Olive oil for drizzling
