  • 2 (3 pound) boxes of Kosher salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 fennel bulb, sliced thin (use the rest for a salad)
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 1/2 orange, sliced thin (use the rest for a salad plus maybe one full orange)
  • A few sprigs of thyme
  • A handful of parsley
  • Olive oil for drizzling
