- 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
- Crispy Corn Strips:
- 6 corn tortillas, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
