  • 2 leeks, washed and chopped
  • 1 bunch of scallions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 Cup chopped dill
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound feta cheese, well crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package phyllo dough or if you are making it, about 20 sheets
  • 2/3 Cups of clarified butter or olive oil
