- 3 Tablespoons neutral oil (for cooking veggies)
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Teaspoon dried mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3-1/2 Cup (3/4-1 stick) of unsalted butter (for cooking liver)
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 Cup cream (approx)
