• 3 15.25oz cans whole kernel corn drained well
• 4 oz pickled jalapenos drained and diced*
• ⅓ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
• ⅓ cup butter cut into cubes
• salt to taste
