- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 1 tbsp of chopped green olives
- 2 tbsp of chopped scallions or other onion
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of Plain Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 6 oz of canned tuna or salmon, packed in water (escurridos)
