- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Soy sauce for dipping
- Pickled ginger for garnish
- Wasabi paste for garnish

- Bamboo sushi mat (wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for ease of rolling)
