- 1 tablespoon fresh Florida chili pepper, chopped (if desired)
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup queso fresco cheese (or feta), crumbled
- ⅔ cup olive oil
