- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup vegetable or avocado oil
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- Pickled red onion
- 1/4 red onion, peeled and sliced as thin as possible
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
