• Pecan Topping:
• 1/2 cup salted butter
• ⅔ cup light brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups roughly chopped pecans
