- Pecan Topping:
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups roughly chopped pecans
