  • 1 pound lean ground beef, lamb, or bison
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 (14-ounce) can reduced sodium chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes in their juices
  • 3/4 cup cooked brown rice bulgur, quinoa, or cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese divided
