Leftover Turkey Pot Pie Soup

- 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup Half and Half
- 3 cups shredded leftover turkey meat
- 1 cup frozen peas, or rinsed canned peas
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
