- 2.5 to 3 cups chopped cauliflower florets
- 2 to 2.5 cups diced potatoes

- 400 to 450 grams cauliflower
- 300 to 350 grams potatoes
- 1.5 to 2 inches ginger

- 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder

- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
