- 1 cup milk (2% or whole), about 100°F.
- 2 packets (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey
- 4 ounces (1 stick) butter
