  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 chili peppers (poblano, coarsely chopped, or mild Anaheim peppers)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 dash garlic powder (or 1 small clove garlic, minced)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (chipotle)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (ancho)
