 - 2/3 cup shredded Parmiggiano-Reggiano cheese
 - 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves, sliced into thin strips
 - Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
 - 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
 - Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 - Fresh leaf lettuce, for serving
