- 1 cup lentils uncooked, preferably French or small dark green
- 0.5 cup oil-cured black olives pitted and chopped
- 0.5 cup mission figlets dried, sliced
- 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled, fat-free
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch sea salt Fine
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 cup fresh basil leaves fresh, torn
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 0.5 cup pignoli nuts (pine nuts) toasted
- 1 black pepper Freshly ground
- 1 Additional herbs for garnish (basil)
