  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can roasted green chilis
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne (opt.)
  • 2 Cups Tortilla chips, crushed (for topping)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce (for serving)
