- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 small can roasted green chilis
- 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne (opt.)
- 2 Cups Tortilla chips, crushed (for topping)
- Salt and pepper
- Hot sauce (for serving)
